Executive Assistant to CBO We are a Singapore based start up with multiple brands in Beauty and Personal care space. Global top tier Venture funds like Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures have partnered with us on this journey. We are now looking to expand our product portfolio, our reach online and also geographic expansion (to countries in the Middle East). The company is led by IIT-IIM alumnus as cofounders, who have worked in Top-Tier FMCG companies in leadership positions earlier and is constituted by a multi-cultural and multi-racial team. Executive Assistant to CBO: Roles and responsibility: - Play an effective communication point role between Business Heads & CBO, to ensure optimal utilization of CBO time. - Prepare agendas, sending invites and make arrangements for meetings. Compile, typing and mailing minutes of meetings. Prepare MS PowerPoint presentation for CBO. - Analyze and deliver Daily/Weekly/monthly/Yearly PAN India Primary & Secondary reports. - Recognizing past trends, preparation of sales forecasting reports to CBO. - Interpret the data and arrive at trends on market, growth, products, sales and predictions. - Reminding important meetings and deadlines, preparing PPT Presentations and dashboards to CBO. - Data interpretation & Derive Insights - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives - Prepare and report sales heads performance SCORECARD on daily/ monthly/yearly basis. - Identifying KPIs & set up dashboards to track performance for each function member on relevant KPI's. - Managing Travel arrangements viz. bookings of Air-Tickets /Hotels/VISA/t rain Tickets etc. Basic / Mandate requirements: - Thorough Business acumen, FMCG fundamentals, strategy, Analytics, insights. - 4 to 5 years' experience in similar role - Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst (Dashboard creation, process mapping) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy-Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English. - Experience with Power BI, Power Apps & SQL Server is a plus. - Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business. - Exceptionally good communication skills. - Should have in depth knowledge of FMCG business. Attributes: - Excellent MS Excel skills and also AI tools for effective analysis - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Problem-solving attitude with an eye for details
