About the Role:

Position/Role : Manager - Business Finance & Sales Controlling

Role reports to: Head - Business Controller ( India)

Roles and Responsibilities - 

- Leading the Sales Controlling vertical & diligently tracking Net Sales and Trade Terms & Conditions (TTC) lines in the P&L

- Participate in creation of strategic 5 year planning (SRM) for NIVEA India

- Participate in creation of annual business plan (ABP) for NIVEA India

- Monthly Primary & Secondary sales tracking & closing with diligent provision tracking in Net Sales lines

- Timely submission of Monthly Sales Oultlook (MSO), Monthly Sales Reporting (MSR), Monthly Sales Estimates (MSE) to the Regional/ Global Team, Strategic Sales Road Map (SSRM)

- Working on Sales automation projects & sales reporting dashboards

- Understanding the MRP to Net Sales value chain by brand category/channel/ customer and driving efficiencies in close co-operation with Sales and Marketing teams

- Tracking TTC and in-depth analysis. Resolution of Regional/Global queries on the same. Provide complete visibility to Management on Price Waterfall from MRP to NS

- Tracking category wise /channel wise Promo spends vs Budget/ LY. Budget management and ensuring spends in line with plan (with additional sanctions). Promo evaluation signoff template roll out in business in alignment with Regional requirements

- Lead Monthly management review meetings with strong focus on business steering. Bring out key business highlights & action points every month for possible management action. Strong and continuous follow up on minutes to logical conclusion

- Analysis of various types of Trade and Consumer Spend including cost of sales at outlet and Outlet Reach in close co-ordination with Commercial team

- Act as sole business partner for Exports Business (Nepal/ Bangladesh/ Sri Lanka) by providing support to decision making

- Custodian of the reports for sales in global software (B.One/ Data Orbis)

- Fulfill data requirements of internal customers (sales / brands team) and external customers; including auditors

- Active participant in various gate keeper & S&OP meetings

- Update Forecasts for Customer wise Plan based on updates from Brands Controller
