Looking for female candidates with strong experience in Behavioral training, Training Need Analysis, Content Development, Training Delivery etc. from Corporate training cell with subject matter expertise in all above mentioned areas for a leading Insurance Company in Mumbai.

Job Title - Asst Manager/Deputy Manager – Behavioral Training - Content & Delivery

Department - Learning and Development

Reporting To - Head – Corporate Training and Content

Location - Mumbai

CTC: As per industry standards.

Job Purpose:

- To conduct Learning need analysis and create a range of learning assets {ILT,E-Learning, Assessments, Video’s, Learning Tools like Job Aids, Sales Tools etc} which build capabilities for learner’s and enhance business value in the spaces of Behavioral Training.

- To assist in developing interventions, functional behavior assessments and behavior plans for the purpose of providing an effective learning intervention for desired behaviors.

- To create different forms of learning like ILT Material (Facilitator Guide, Learner Guide, Assessments, Secure Presentations in Flash, PDF Format), E-learning Courses & Assessments, Tools / Job Aids, Pre Reading material, Video’s, handbook etc.

- To participate in a variety of meetings, workshops and committees for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions tasks.

- To incorporate Instructional Design Principles and ensure “ADDIES” is followed to meet business objectives.

- To ensure Affective Domain Objectives are considered while creating learning assets.

- To implement laid out content strategies & Instructional design principles to develop training related material in the behavioral space.

- To follow the process of Analysis, Design , Development, Implementation and Evaluation .

- To create learning materials like Facilitator Guide, Learner Guide, Assessments, PPT’s, Self learning material, E learning etc.

- To conduct TNA {Training Need Analysis} and incorporate findings to produce an affective content where required.
