The team has experience in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility, and rapidly scaling start-up operations. We are largely focused on end customers for procurement and sales.

Role:

As a supply manager, you will be closely working with the central team to support the supply (B2B, C2B) vertical in Chennai.

Key Activities

- He will be part of the Chennai team and he will be driving Chennai supply by working with the city manager and Central supply team

- Managing team of Supply Assistant managers, procurement executives, and procurement inspectors

- Tracking supply team metrics, analyzing team data and developing plans to address performance gaps

- Setting targets and performance plans, improving standards for supply and implementing regular training programs for skill building with the help of training teams

- Having strong drive to ensure a positive customer experience and strong business skills will be helpful

- Closely working with sales, refurbishment, and marketing teams

- Developing in-depth knowledge of 2-wheeler used vehicles to identify profitable business opportunities

- Ensuring quality standards are met by procurement executives and procurement inspectors

- Should have team-building, leadership and motivational skills

- Local language knowledge is a must

- Highly process-oriented

Education and Experience

1) Preferred from tier 1 colleges

2) 4 + years of experience in handling teams and processes with other companies

3) First-hand experience in expansion of supply and demand channels in any previous start-up
