About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager for Product to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Product Development Oversight:

- Work closely with product managers to understand and prioritize product requirements.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams involved in product development.

- Ensure that projects are executed according to the established specifications and quality standards.

Resource Management:

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

- Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks that may impact project timelines.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the project planning process.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, design documents, and testing plans.

- Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and key performance indicators.
