Responsibilities: To cater analytics requirements and provide valuable data-backed insights to different functions like Product, Marketing, operations, etc.

Skills and experience requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics from a Tier 1 institute. Such as IIT, BITS, NIT, IIIT, etc.

- Minimum 3 years of core analytics and BI experience.

- Hands-on experience (2+ years) with Python for data analytics and visualization.

- Expert knowledge of SQL, Excel, and any BI tool like Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

- Good experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript

- Scheduling Python Jobs/Crons to automate reporting and Dashboards

- Work experience in product-based tech startups would be a plus

- Basics of Machine Learning Models would be a plus

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
