BeepKart is building a buyer focused brand of used 2-wheelers. It is taking a digital-first approach to provide the trust that buyers seek in this high consideration & involvement category. BeepKart is helping write buyer-friendly rules to make the experience of buying and owning a used 2-wheeler as haggle-and-hassle free as with new 2-wheelers.
The team has backgrounds in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility and in fast scaling start-up operations.
The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment vertical of a used vehicle company. The role will involve managing and completing projects related to the refurbishment process of vehicles and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities -
- Manage the projects refurbishment process of vehicles and ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor refurbishment KPIs, Metrics and ensure maximum governance
- Implement and manage quality control processes for refurbished vehicles
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient refurbishment process
Skills:
- Strong project management, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a cross function stakeholder
- Good understanding of the refurbishment process of vehicles
- Proficient in using MS Office, Google Suite and project management tools
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools with excellent knowledge of SQL and Google sheet
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, experience is Ops heavy fast growing startups or consulting
- Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
