Website : https://www.beepkart.com/ Job Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: - Ensure the books of accounts of the company are correct and up to date at all times - Preparation of monthly and annual financials, MIS and board presentations - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost analysis, variance analysis and ROI assessment to support strategic decision making - Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlight trends and areas of improvement Funds Management: - Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment - Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements Budgeting: - Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets - Report to management on monthly variance analysis along with reasons - Create and maintain financial models to assist, advice and drive business decisions Audit and Due Diligence: - Provide support for internal and statutory audit closure - Own and complete due diligence as and when required Payroll: - Ownership of monthly payroll processing
