BeepKart is building a brand for used 2-wheelers. It is taking a digital-first approach to providing the trust that buyers/sellers seek in this high consideration & involvement category. The team has experience in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility, and rapidly scaling start-up operations. We are largely focused on end customers for procurement and sales.
The team has backgrounds in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility and in fast scaling start-up operations.
Responsibilities include :
- Assist founders office team in institutionalizing people management and contributing to shaping strategies across functions
- Analyze and determine key insights from business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics
- Contribute to complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding the context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution
- Coordinate with different functions within the organization - operations, product, marketing, engineering among others in the deployment of the business initiatives identified
- Keep a daily tab on metrics across functions and help solve any non-routine issues
- Tracking actions as finalized in the meetings (making sure deliverables are on time)
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective communication
- Ideate, plan and oversee implementation of new ideas and business critical projects
