Key Result Area
- Creates social strategies to grow social media platforms & maximize engagement
- Execute and own the Social Media Marketing, Community and Influencer Strategy
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Managing company's social media accounts and Posting ads on regular basis.
- Keeping track of leads coming through our social media page
- Good interactivity for post & roadmap in social media handling.
- Brainstorming and getting content ideas executed by collaborating with Design
- Managing and planning the monthly social media calendar
- Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms & facilitate/implement ideas that increase customer engagement & responses
- Able to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Experience
- At least 3 - 6 years of experience using social media platforms.
- Experience in growing social platforms - followers, reach and engagement manifold in previous work experience through techniques, data insights and creative content
- Knowledge of Canva & Social Media Analytics looks like creator studio, Buffer, Twitter Analytics, Linkedin Analytics & YouTube Studio
- Candidate must have exp of startup/B2C or agency experience
