Product Marketer
Responsibilities:
- Support the product marketing managers as required for efficient product launches
- Product messaging: develop and revamp product messaging along with relevant stakeholders. Ensure that messaging for differentiating features proliferates and establishes brand identity.
- Product launch: Contribute and lead product launches/new releases and work with the product management team for planning, release, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Competitive intelligence: Ensure that appropriate competitive intelligence is captured and leveraged by sales and other teams. Create new assets and revamp existing ones.
- Product-centric thought leadership: contribute towards development of product-centric thought leadership and drive effective distribution via various marketing channels.
- Sales and partner enablement: contribute towards sales and partner enablement initiatives. Ensure that product marketing assets are utilized for driving commercial outcomes.
- Strategic initiatives: lead ideation and delivery of strategic initiatives leveraging PMM assets, these include roundtables, thought-leadership webinars, virtual events, partner events and others.
- Program Management: We believe that empathy is an insanely productive enabler for a good product marketer. You'll be working with different functional teams like Sales, Customer Success and Product Management, all with their own set of priorities and timelines.
- Researching customer accounts and creating account cohorts we can target with upselling and cross-sell offers.
- Generating reports and dashboards to provide visibility into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including a lead funnel, pipeline, and Demo bookings.
- Working with the data analytics team to improve our customer and prospecting targeting for various marketing campaigns and sales plays.
- Develop and implement local sales and competitive response for campaigns and programs
Skills and Experience Required:- 5-8 years' overall experience and 4-5 years' experience in enterprise software/SaaS product marketing, with demonstrated experience in developing differentiated messaging and positioning for a dedicated platform/product suite.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with good understanding of SaaS and various architectural paradigms. Master's degree in business or engineering preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Should be able to effectively work across cross-functional teams.
