Role - To own and drive user growth by launching, scaling, and optimizing various acquisition channels. Key Result Areas : 1. Actively manage and implement large scale user acquisition campaigns for app, conversions on msite & website, against established objectives and budgets across multiple segments. 2. Focus on growing new users/active users, buyers and maximize the ROI 3. Create sustainable and scalable frameworks for managing and optimizing the Growth funnel- AAARRR (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) 4. Work closely with both internal and external teams/resources to drive business results 5. Foster key relationships with media partners, publishers and affiliates 6. Collaborate with functional stakeholders of revenue generating channels (data, product, performance, organic, partnerships etc) 7. Identify new channels of growth, design experiments to test, develop models, set targets for each channel & ensure the alignment with budget 8. Deep data analysis of campaign performance looking into key metrics, identify the largest areas for improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities 9. Test and optimize a variety of segments depending on the priority need of the team: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Third party networks etc. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketer for App based setup. - Experience in both mobile user acquisition and web acquisition with a heavy focus on data analytics and campaign optimization Skills Required: - Detail oriented and well organized with a hard working attitude Outstanding oral, written and multi-cultural communication skills - Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate - Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced growing environment - Able to handle a team of high performance individuals - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint
