Manager Finance & Commercial Job Role: - Partner with Sales Team to ensure hygiene and compliances to internal SOPs for Sales function - Track and review credit limits for customers and track exceptions - Reviewing and approving trade schemes, ensuring Distributor claims are settled on timely basis - Driving internal controls by facilitating policy deployment, Internal and external audits, identifying gaps and strengthening controls - Initiate and oversee agendas for Automation in Accounting and Reporting basis the scale and requirement of the company - Support teams in Adherence to compliances for Import & Export transactions including LCs, BRC Closures, Documentation, Bank liasioning - Financial analysis of new channels/business structures to assist management decision making - Financial Reconciliation & Monitoring of New channels/business structures like Company kiosks, Franchise business etc. Expected Skills: - Ability to Drive Agendas and closures independently - Business and Commercial acumen with focus on controls & policies - Strong Analytical skills - Sound Knowledge of Export/Import Procedures, compliances Background: CA with 4-5 Years of FP&A/Commercial experience preferably in FMCG/Pharma/Product based Organization
