Job Title: Manager/AM - MIS & Accounts (FMCG)

Reports To: Head Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. End to end ownership for Internal and External Reporting including Sales Tracker, Monthly MIS, Quarterly Financials, Annual Financials, etc.

2. Provide details and deal with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly and Annual Audits for Financial closing

3. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the ERP system.

4. Maintain, Monitor and Ensure accuracy of Budgets and PO system across the organisation

5. Ensure Accounting Hygiene, Accounts Receivables Management, Reconciliations for different Sales channels

6. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in Finance and Reporting Domain.

Expected Qualifications:

- CA with 3-5 Years of Experience in Business Finance or Reporting Role

- Sound Knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax and Accounting Principles

- Advanced Excel skills , Ability to Handle Large & Complex Datasets

- Well versed with Tally or other ERPs

- Ability to liaison and work with Different Stakeholders
