Beamtele - Business Analyst - MIS

Purpose of the Role:

- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and provision of both periodic and ad hoc senior management presentations and reports regarding key initiatives, issues and activities.

Role Description:

- Responsible for generating reports from various source and reporting as and when required and distributing to other areas of the business

- Be able to communicate effectively and concisely, reporting any information gathered and being able to communicate effectively with the all users and Management bodies where appropriate

- Generate, maintain, analyse & present daily/ weekly/ monthly reports

- Work with internal Stakeholders for any ad-hoc reporting requirements

- Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & other tools

- Roll-out and adherence to our internal Quality Management Program

- Build and own reporting processes and procedures for pilot and steady state processes within the scope of the engagement

- Understand customer requirements for new report requests, and advises on better practice approaches to report development; lead and facilitate discussions within work streams across levels

- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of both periodic and ad hoc senior management presentations and reports regarding key initiatives, issues and activities

- Coordinate with branches and managers for data and schedules

Key Result Areas:

- This role will act as a single point of contact for all reporting activities.

- He or She has an important role to educate the management with required data by providing necessary reports and metrics.

- Analysis, understanding of requirements, drive process improvements through analytical abilities.

Recruitment Specifications:

Education: MBA degree or bachelors degree or equivalent from a reputed institution

Work Experience:

- Overall 4-6 years of total work experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong experience in handling MIS and reporting activities
