BDO India LLP - Senior Manager - Real Estate Investments - Private Equity

Opportunity for the real estate team for Mumbai location with at least 8-9 years of experience in real estate investing or corporate finance.

Below is a job description,

- Education Qualification - MBA, CA with min 8 years work ex

- Knowledge of the Indian RE market - Developers, Funds and transactions in the market and keep himself/herself abreast with the latest developments in the industry, businesses and regulatory changes

- Person should have work experience in real estate industry either with NBFC lending/ Investment Banking / International property consultants / other advisory capacity

- Responsible for deal origination and execution and end to end relationship management with investors as well as client

- Should establish new relationship with Developers, Corporates / Land owners, Financial Institutions and Real Estate private equity funds and identify various opportunities like fund raising, JV/JDA transactions, acquisitions or divestment with them

- Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team
