Responsibilities : Associate Director - C&B and Payroll Reports to: Partner & Head HR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Spearhead Pan India level responsibilities for Compensation, Benefits, Rewards and Payroll 2. Must be a subject matter expert in leading C&B function for all corporate / regional employees 3. Strategise C&B and Payroll related matters 4. Responsible to plan, implement new and revised compensation and benefits (C&B) programs, policies and procedures in the organization. 5. Ensure that the C&B structure and policies are in alignment to the company's goals and the industry's competitive practices. 6. Responsible for C&B surveys, annual compensation review cycle, administration and delivery of compensation & Benefits programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent. 7. Lead reward & recognition practices within the organization. 8. Responsible to lead salary and benefit revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with the company's objectives and market trends; 9. Undertake relevant industry salary surveys to ensure current C&B levels are in line with the company's compensation philosophy and market positioning 10. Partner with Human Resources business partners locally and regionally to ensure timely and effective communication, and implementation of HR strategy, policies and practices Required Candidate profile - About 10 years of total experience with 6-8 years of relevant experience in C&B - Experience in a large multi-national HR organization or consultancy - Knowledge of compensation design and implementation .e.g. base pay variable pay benefits perquisites etc. - Knowledge of country labor laws impacting rewards. - High order of analytical ability and comfort with numbers - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written)
