Associate Director & Director - Corporate Finance & Investment Banking - Healthcare & Pharma

- Work with the team to identify and generate ideas & solutions and pitch them to prospective clients and work with colleagues to identify the opportunities and lead origination meetings

- Work with the team in preparing marketing pitchbooks, industry research, business analysis, financial modelling and other deliverables, ranging across various industry segments within given timelines

- Create and manage strong relationships with corporates and fund houses at senior positions

- Advise clients on financial solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises
