Destination- Asst. Manager

Education- CA

Location- Hyderabad

Job Description-

- Setting up accounting and finance function of new clients

- Monitor receipt of input for accounting

- Monitor accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing

- Liaison with experts and clients for key issues

- Monitor documentation of records (Soft & Hard)

- Monitor completeness and timeliness of Month-end closure workings & checks

- Review MIS and Other reports

- Review of client peculiar points and action plans

- Monitor query tracker and timely closure of open tasks / queries

- Monitor updation of management trackers

- Periodic Financial Analysis

- Review Payments (Online, Manual, Foreign)

- Monitor maintenance of Bank Account Master (Offline & Online)

- Need based Liaison with bank

- Monitoring and projection of funds (Short term & Long term)

- Review TDS, Adv Tax and GST Compliances

- Review SEZ / STPI Compliances

- Review Compliance Tracker and ensure timely reporting

- Monitoring Progress of all Other Compliances

- Periodic end-to-end reviews

- Spotting Issues and Resolving the same

- Ensure timely closure of end to end finalization

- Review Audit Working Papers

- Review of Financial Statements

- Liaison with auditors and expert teams

- Review of Group closure and monitor its audit

- Handle a portfolio of clients as per Roadmap

- Attend at least 12 meetings per client

- Provide at least 2 trainings to each client

- Resolving client complaints and issues timely and spot root cause

- Ensure Timely Escalation of Issues

- Appraisal of direct reportees and interview with skip level - 4 times a year

- Conducting at least 2 need based trainings

- Organize at least 4 non-review team meetings

- Conducting at least 1 soft skill training

- Prepare and present at least 2 Technical Articles

- Present a report on any 1 Industry Research

- Team planning, monitoring, roadmaps / growth

- Team development and motivation

- Improvise on communication skills

- Optimize time involvement in each client, with effective delegation.

- Lead at least 3 Business Initiatives

- Develop / Innovate internal firm processes

- Maintain Time Budgets, conduct regular Timesheet Analysis and initiate Corrective Measures

- Maintain good level of efficiency and minimal re-work

- Identify at least 7 to 10 Client Mining opportunities

- Assist in Recruitment of employees up to Associate level
