BDO - Accounting Role

Accounting Role (CA / Inter CA / Inter CMA) - Mumbai / Silvassa Location

- Major responsibilities & deliverables : Working knowledge of accounting principles required including Fixed assets, Inventory, CAPEX, AP process, accruals. Must have a general understanding of financial statements.

- Have worked in a manufacturing plant on monthly close (MIS), taxation and budgeting

- Flexibility to work at Plant or Corporate office location having 6 days working schedule.

- Experience working on Monthly close (MIS reporting)

- Knowledge of Various compliances under direct tax (TCS, TDS) and indirect tax- GST mismatch

- Liaising with auditors and stakeholders for completion of various audits- Statutory, Internal, Tax and Cost

- Analytical, detail-oriented and worked on Forecasting, planning and budgeting. Naturally inquisitive and able to extract information from various sources to identify and understand the underlying issue.

- Preparation of data for driving cost reduction initiatives

- Ready to demonstrate agility and open to working in a dynamic environment

Note: Fine with even a CMA with manufacturing plant experience for 4-5 years or CA -3 years
