Job Description:

- Creating new markets for end to end value propositions of Morpho within the market segments of Telecom

- Extensive exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer future requirement.

- Visionary to understand market research. Good knowledge on dynamics of Telecom sector future requirement for Biometric solutions and position our product to create new market in both sectors.

- Business development, sales and marketing strategy for the Telecom sector

- Market Making and evangelizing our client’s solutions amongst the Telecom sector

- Role involves identifying client issues related to Identity Management, correlating exiting and/or potential Morpho solutions to these issues, positioning business cases to clients for adoption of biometrics to address these issues, building strong client relationships at leadership levels (Business and Technology leadership), conceptualizing solutions, providing solutions along with pre-sales team, presenting solutions to clients, and, helping evolution of standards in the application of biometrics in the above sector

- Bid preparation/ RFP/ tender management of complete life cycle for opportunity creations.

- Liaise and represent company in various banks and with key standardization and technology bodies within Telecom sector and present Morpho’s thought leadership within these forums

- Building strong and consistent target driven opportunity pipeline and order book focusing on deals involving Morpho’s end-to-end value propositions and mid- to large- size deal segments

- Carry large deal targets

Desired Skills & Experience

- Thought leadership skills, self-driven, leading from front.

- Large deal management exposure which includes end-to-end deals comprising hardware & software solutions, implementation and management of implemented solution

- Hands-on experience in market making / demand creation selling end-to-end enterprise solutions through a consultative selling approach. High end solution selling in Telecom Industry.

- Should have a good understanding of regulations, business processes and needs of the Telecom sector; prior experience of working with clients in Telecom sector is a must; should have a strong network of relationships within these sectors. Has handled large volume solution selling.

- Overall 12-15 years’ experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution sales functions with atleast 5-7 years in target driven sales role in Telecom sectors in India

- Exposure of working within businesses with relatively new offerings requiring significant customer education to develop market needs

- Consultative Selling expertise with hands-on experience in market making / demand creation selling end-to-end enterprise solutions through a consultative selling approach

- Exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer/Market future requirement.

- Ability to sell technology solutions a must; prior experience in biometric technology a plus.

- Engineering graduates with master’s in business / engineering from a reputed institution.
