Principle Accountabilities:

- Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.

- Make daily sales calls/presentations and achieve monthly revenue/targets.

- Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions.

- Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.

- Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

- Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.

- Establish and maintain relationship with clients.

- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation

- Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1+ years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Freshers can also apply.

- Post Graduate in any discipline.

- Exposure in Concept/Solution Selling.

- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.

- Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.

- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.

- Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.

- A positive attitude to dealing with people.

- Capable of working independently.
