Business Development Manager
There is an urgent opening with my client which provides Information Security Solutions with their global presence and delivery capabilities in US, Europe, India, Middle East and Malaysia.
Position -
Business Development Manager –
Candidates hoping to become Business development managers must have at least four to six years experience in managing direct sales in SMB market, effective presentation skills, the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and a bachelor’s degree. Masters in Business administration is preferred.
- You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target and increase year on year
- Presenting Paladion to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current
Success Metrics
- Quota attainment.
- Pipeline quarter over quarter growth.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.MBA Preferred.
- Existing relationships in Mumbai / Bengaluru markets in SMB Segment
- Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
Salary range - 8 to 9 lakhs.
