BDM - IT Services/Solutions Sales

Business Development Manager – 10 to 16 years – Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience:

- 10-12 years domain experience overall with about 3-7 years of experience selling IT services to overseas customers

- Account management experience (in Europe or NA or UK)

- Direct Sales experience hunting new accounts (in Europe or NA or UK)

- Good domain knowledge with selling skills of IT services in respective domain’s – Life Sciences / Telecom / Manufacturing and Auto / Consumer Products and Retail / Public sector

Job Description

- Work closely with India based domain sector teams, delivery teams and other knowledge based services

- Interact with potential customers, geo sales teams to identify opportunities and work on them closely in identified accounts

- Take responsibility for sales booking targets and execute them through focused account growth and leveraging demand management engine.

- Opportunity management, tracking timelines and response across multiple teams

- Clear & concise reporting and communication on Target versus performance

Specification / Skills / Experience

- Sales and Account management (hunter profile)

- Ability to analyze and identify potential opportunity areas, working closely with India based sector teams and geo based sales teams

- Commercial modeling and pricing

- Opportunity tracking & Deal reviews

- Engineering and/or management degree

- Excellent Communication skills (oral & written)

- Ability to build & sustain relationships (customer, Capgemini geo teams)

- Good understanding of Sector domain’s required for selling sector specific solutions
