Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of microprocessors, chips, and other subsets for the computer. The Company holds dominant position in the Semiconductor, Computer Hardware and Software space, with Fabs, R&D Centres, Design Centres, Software Development Centres, and Marketing offices worldwide.

Now we have the following BDM Openings with the above mentioned client in Mumbai.

Business Development Manager - Enterprise Solutions - Mumbai

Job Description: This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible to win the enterprise and architecture decision by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on the company and its fellow traveller’s products and services.

- This position is Business Development Manager to manage, mainly focused large enterprises in Mumbai. The position is expected to understand customer business, advice on IT strategy and manage CXO relationships by being trusted influencer. The job requires working with customers, solution providers, ISVs, hardware infrastructure providers and partners to advice and deploys solutions around Cloud, Big Data, Security and touch based devices in large enterprises.

- The position is responsible for evangelizing and winning the device and server infrastructure with end users by offering compelling and cohesive technical solutions based on Company architecture and its fellow travellers’ products and services. The position also involves analyzing business and technology trends in enterprises and evolves appropriate strategies for the company in large enterprises.

- The emphasis is to build a strategic plan for large accounts and develop the accounts for long term and manage sustainable relationships with line of business executives and CXOs. The position will leverage company’s technology and software resources to demonstrate the value of next generation technologies for business competitiveness and value to customer through consulting, POCs and sharing best practices. Ability to understand customers' business, manage senior executive relationships is a must.

The responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Analyze key enterprise business and technology trends and prepare business plans

- Understand and analyze customer business problems, draw strategic account plans and help solve business problems through the use of company’s solutions and thought leadership.

- Advice and help deploy cloud architecture, Big Data, Intelligent systems and security solutions

- Build, develop and maintain strong business relationships with key executives of respective accounts.

- Drive a strategy that embraces the fellow traveller ecosystem (hardware, software and partners) for scale of company solutions.

- Engage technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and business leaders of existing and potential customers to drive awareness and early adoption of new technologies, platforms and products.

- Demonstrate the value of the new technology in solving customer problems by focusing on one-on-one interaction with key decision makers, one-to-many influencing through blogging, conferences, and presentations; and collaborative project work on first reference cases in support of company's strategies with the region and delighting our customers

- You will be on the frontlines marketing and selling to OEMs, developers and customers. From designing marketing initiatives, industry influencing and enabling efforts, creating end-user communications, you will play a major part in influencing Architecture. With product responsibilities including planning and roadmap development, demand forecasting, competitive analysis and product introductions, you'll have direct impact on future demand.

Qualification and Skills required:

- Above 2 years of Experience (Combination of sales and technical) in Technology Industry and preferably in sales & marketing. Must be an Engineering Graduate.

- Individual should have ability to understand customer business strategies, knowledge and understanding of IT strategy and other enterprise solutions

- Business understanding of the IT industry, a strong understanding of local market Information Technology needs and opportunities

- Should possess proven account management skills. Experience in sales, account management and senior executive interaction; should possess excellent communication skills and strategy articulation skills

- Work in a collaborative environment and proactively engage effectively with senior management of specific customers (technical and sales team).

- Must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment both with internal groups and external partners.
