Overview:

This is a position for a prestigious software development enterprise, NiiD Technologies. Please visit our website at http://www.niidtech.com to learn more about the company. NiiD Technologies is a one-stop software solutions center for our clients, which are based across all industries.

As a NiiD Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales, business development, and account management from the Middle Eastern region. This gives our clients an opportunity to get to know NiiD on a deeper level. We value repeat business. A breakdown of your responsibilities would be as follows:

1) lead generation

2) business analysis of our clients

3) problem-solving and ideation of various solutions

4) meeting with technical teams for their pre-sales analysis

5) writing up a Scope of Work document and Business Proposal document

6) helping the CEO/Sales Director with negotiations with the client

7) account Management

Requirements:

- Worked in getting in software development projects from overseas.

- 2-5 years business development experience

- Excellent communication skills and impeccable English.

- Should have closed multiple software development projects from the Middle East from any industry. It could include business from channel partnership or end clients directly

- Experience with writing business proposals

- Computer and good internet connection required (if the candidate is not in Pune, the job is work from home initially)

- MBA from a top b-school (ex, Kelley Institute of Management, IIMs, Columbia, etc)

Preferred:

- MBA in Marketing a plus

- Experience with writing SoW documents a plus

- Accent neutral speakers preferred.

Salary:

For the first 3 months: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. 3% of total sale price of each project in commissions. For Staff Augmentation sales, 2% of salaried posting

After first 3 months: Total revenue during the first 3 months is added up. 10k dollars is subtracted from that amount. The total becomes the per annum salary. For example:
50,000 dollars was earned in the first 3 months. 50k dollars - 10k dollars = 40k dollars. 40k dollars per annum becomes the subsequent salary.
