Associate Business Development
- Experience of 4-5 years
- Willing to commit next 2-3 years minimum
- Has sought appointments /created leads for product/technology companies. ( ie not service sales but technology/product sales, ideally from security sector but not essential).
- Involved in simply selling upgrades/additions of existing products used by customers but getting appointments for new products sale.
- This calling will be initially needed majorly for India but extending later to overseas locations.
- Responsible for ensuring timely process involving result driven cold calling as KRA.This includes business process identification, market research, follow-up with prospects.
DESIRED SKILLS :
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (good command in Hindi & Marathi would be an advantage)
- Working knowledge of desktop PC and WINDOWS OS is a must.
- Preferably proven understanding of Windows OS, knowhow of Internet, other Software used widely .
- Customer support experience required, experience in sales process is a must.
- Should be flexible in rotational work schedule and processes.
- Professional customer service skills and a positive attitude required..
- Possess analytical problem solving skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers.
- Ability to rebut to customer response
- Ability to listen effectively.
- Ability to follow procedural guidelines to respond to and/or research customer questions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to constantly changing environment.
