Business Development Executive – Unicommerce.com – Delhi-NCR/ Bangalore/Mumbai

Job Description:-

*Candidates must share current CTC & Preferred Job Location with application.*

General Summary:

- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.

- Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach

- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential

- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of clients

- Understand client specific requirement for the product and communicate that to product developer

- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients

- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills:

- Strong candidates should have 1-3 years of work experience

- Graduate degree in any disciplines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual - high energy, high activity levels - passion for working with an innovative, small but rapidly growing company

- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills,
Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales

Desired Skills:

- Experience of working in SaaS based solution

- Experience in an early stage company

- Software sales experience

Experience:

1-3 years

Qualification:

Graduate/ M.B.A (Preferable) degree in any disciplines from reputed Institutes.

Compensation:

6-9 L/ P.A (Flexible not constraint)
