Job description:

- The Commercial officer is principally responsible for managing business development,marketing and sales assignments of Advisory Division.

Responsibilities:

- Managing business development, marketing, and sales assignments - B2B selling experience

- Generate leads, and act as a door opener with target clientele

- Understand client requirements and create a value proposition matching these needs

- Coordinate and execute the sales pitch process including, but not limited to, preparation of winning proposals and presentations to senior management of potential clients

- Envision, create and implement superior business development
tools/presentations in consultation with senior management

- Work with minimal guidance and handle BD/Sales targets

- Familiarity with survey research and statistical concepts is essential. & making presentations, answering questions and instilling confidence

Competencies / skills:

- Well-groomed and polished individual with a good educational background

- Personable, with a high level of confidence and experience of interacting with senior management

- Ability to understand, and articulate business needs of clients

- Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills

- Commercial orientation and business acumen

- Very high Integrity and business ethics

- Lead generation, Running and Managing Campaigns

- Ability to leverage on existing relationships

Education & Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management with HNIs/UHNIs/Senior Management

- Experience of entire B2B sales value chain – From Lead Generation to Post sales relationship management

- Existing network within top 1000 companies in India will be an added advantage

- Masters or advanced degree in business management, with a specialization in sales and marketing.

Compensation would go above 7 LPA & not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates.
