Business Development Relationship Manager-Privy League
Job Objective
This position is primarily responsible for acquisition of Privy Customer, having a RV of more than 10 lacs.
Age: 25 - 30 years
Grade: Manager
Qualification & Experience - MBA- 1 -3 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
- Originates new High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities, specifically and across the range of bank's product offering.
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts.
- Develops data base for lead generation, identifies market segments for acquisition.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy in external staff.
- Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide Bank customers with seamless access to other group products.
- Records and responds to customer’s complaints, questions, and problems.
- Ensures fast and quality turn-around time for responses.
- MIS generation, maintains records for all acquisition figures and account up-gradations.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements.
- Profile will focus on 100% NTB and they will be supported by huge database. However, BDRM need to make at least 8 calls per day basis this data support.
- Largely the profile would be a 100% NTB profile, but the Acquisition BDM will also manage the customers acquired by him for a period of one year, so he can acquire MF and TPP business from these set of customers.
Future growth
- The individual can move into a relationship role in 12 months, if he shows the ability to manage key relationships.
