Job profile - Required Personnel in Credit Segment in Mortgage:

1. Identification of potential customers as per policies.

2. Analyze the stability and sustainability of their business or income generating activities.

3. Conducting house and business place/office/shop physical verification.

4. Analyze the authenticity of all relevant documents and cross check with original.

5. Interact with customers to obtain additional credit information to support credit eligibility.

6. Complete all required formalities to sanction the loan including legal and technical valuation of the property in question.

7. Coordination with Empanelled Legal and Technical professionals.

8. Scrutiny of title papers and establishment of chain of title papers..

9. Compliance of formalities to sanction and disbursement of the loan.

10. Ensuring & monitor receivables and collections.

11. Identify problem accounts/any dues and provide regular updates of receivables to management.

12. Sound knowledge about Sanction, Disbursement and Collection of Housing Loans with high Integrity
