Title – Business Development Manager - US Markets
Client – A global Company offering KPO services
Domain - Publishing, Education, Service Selling
Job Location - Chennai
Technical Expertise:
- Min 8-12 years of experience selling into international markets
- Ability to Sell solutions and must have sold – preferably publishing / IT solutions / Consulting
solutions
- Independently execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams,
legal, support, etc.)
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and
roadblocks
- Independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside
and outside of the company
- Research and identify new opportunities for the client in the assigned region
- Demonstrate ability to close partnerships with companies in US
- Consistently exceeds key performance metrics
- Experience in Hunting and Farming
- Independent contributor
- Preferable Domain : Publishing, Education, Service Selling
Leadership Skills:
- Good written and oral communication / presentation skill
- Presentable and ability to engage with a client in a conversation on any topic
- Must have demonstrated successful skill set to achieve targets
- Should be client facing and involved in entire life cycle of business development
- Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary
Desired profile
- Any graduate in marketing, preferred a Post graduate
- Should be willing to join within a short notice ( 20 to 30 days )
- Should be an individual contributor and be willing to work in Night Shift according to the
region time
