Business Development Manager
Urgently looking for Business Development Manager for a leading client in Recruitment and Compliance consulting service for Mumbai/Pune Location.
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales out of which at least 3 years experience in corporate Training.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Sales & business development of training Solutions-Corporate Trainings ( Both Technical & Soft skills)
- Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation.
- Pursuing the new lead and converting the lead in to prospect. Developing the prospect in to business and developing the business.
Client relationship Management :
- Servicing their training requirement.
- End to end responsibility: starting from getting the requirement, serving the requirement and closing the deal/sale.
Training :
- Understanding the training requirement, serving them, coordinating with the internal team and customer for effective delivery of training.
- Negotiating with client to close the deal, maintain good relationship with the client to get more business in future.
Consulting :
- Responsibility includes identifying prospect for training consulting, basically for support opportunity.
- Servicing the existing account.
