BD Manager - Staffing Services - Oil & Gas/Power

Looking for an passionate Business Development Manager (Staffing Services) for International/Domestic market for Oil & Gas/Power/Engineering/Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities of the candidate would be :

- Drive new revenue opportunities in Staffing, cold calling into the specified market or geographic area to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization, build relationships.

- Work with team to develop proposals, provide CV's as appropriate after first level vetting, speaking to both clients and potential candidates on needs and objectives.

- Forecast sales targets/ placements per month and record sales activity.

- Experience in Oil & Gas/Power/Manufacturing/Engineering industry who has worked in International/Domestic market is must.

Qualification: Any Graduation
