Business Development Manager
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and entrepreneurial person to start our sales practice in Mumbai. This employee would be the first hire for our Mumbai office and hence we would like someone who can work independently, aggressively and responsibly.
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in sales. Experience in selling marketing / digital marketing solutions will be an added advantage. Prior sales experience in Google / Yahoo would be preferred.
Location :Mumbai
Qualifications
- Graduate from a reputed college. A degree in marketing or business will be an added advantage
Role of Business Development Manager
1. Handle the full responsibility of initiating conversations with target audience, pitching solutions and closing sales
2. Provide solutions to clients including creative ideas, send proposals and create- sales pitches
3. Manage account growth and up-sell to existing clients
4. Provide sales feedback to the business development team
5. Grow the sales team when required
Qualities

5. Can take initiative and execute them
6. Past experience of selling to marketers (brand managers, Marketing Heads or CMOs)
