Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Identifying and developing new clients for our Recruitment solutions.

- Generating leads by cold calls, assessing opportunities and providing value proposition to the clients.

- Adhere to lead generation of weekly/monthly billing targets.

- Handling existing client accounts, initiating new businesses with the same and monitoring the resource allocation for different projects.

- Coordinating with different departments in regards to responses if any.

- Utilize exemplary research and analysis skills to develop marketing strategies and business Plans.

- Develop competitive analysis to determine opportunities within market place.

- Handling Recruitment Delivery management.

- Managing P&L for the business unit.

Skills & experience includes:

- Candidate should have MBA (Marketing/HR) from Top tier institute like IIM's, XLRI, MDI

- Candidates passing out in 2014 or having 0-12 months experience will be preferred

- Good communication skills (Written/verbal fluency in English).

- Positive attitude and confident personality.

- Good sales pitch.

- Must be able to build strong relationships with the client.
