BD Manager - Rail Training & Development - Railways Construction & Design Firm

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our portfolio company EtoE Rail.

EtoE Rail is a premier Railways Construction and Design company based out of Yelahanka, Bangalore. EtoE works in design, construction, operations and maintenance of Railway projects in India and internationally.

The role we are recruiting for will lead a new business line for the company - Rail Training and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish complete course curriculum including training programs with necessary accreditation, recruiting trainers, development of detailed curriculum and conducting training programs

2. Lead business development to on-board candidates and corporates

Desired candidate profile

1. Good Oral and written communication skills

2. Experience in establishing training programs

3. Experience in Business Development

4. Good analytical skills

5. Ability to work independently.

6. Experience in infrastructure, rail or design industry will be a plus

We are looking for candidates with a deep interest and passion in skill development and capability building with an interest in business development and building businesses.

Likely to travel 15-20% of time.
