Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales team/business FPRs for achievement of defined business parameters
- Constantly engage with sales team to understand the pulse of the market
- Track & highlight competition practices and according suggest/take forward suggestion for improvisations
- Liaison with various departments in the bank for capitalizing of their respective business relationship: i.e synergy across various departments
- Work closely with marketing team for any specific requirement
- Work closely with phone banking set up for customer leads, queries etc - set up/modify the existing approach
