BD Manager - Flavours & Seasonings

- Responsibility for the Pan India Sales of Flavours & Seasonings through trade market

- Responsibility for the budgeting and forecast of Flavours & Seasonings

- Responsibility for the pricing and volume decisions for F&S products

- Responsibility to ensure inventory available at sales offices within prescribed limits

- Internal coordination with Factory and Product Development on demand forecasting/ planning and development of new products respectively

- Responsible for identifying, understanding and acquisition of new customers

- Overall responsible for execution and development of exports of F&S (including to group companies)

- Responsible for planning and execution of trade/ cross promotions

- Responsibility for achievement of collection target on monthly basis

- Responsible for collection of C-Forms in a timely manner where applicable.

- Build a distribution set-up pan India

- Create industry specific portfolios

- Creating portfolio for exports and developing an export base

- Travel : 40-50% in a month.
