Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP-Ops, this position is responsible for supporting in new business procurement and transition of the US Commercial property insurance business. This responsibilities would include training and team / process management once the process goes live."
Specific Responsibilities: Aspects of managing the operation include, but are not limited to the following
1) Hiring, training and retaining staff
2) Establishing and maintaining an appropriate employee environment
3) Process Documentation and Transition Support
4) Communicating and enforcing human resource guidelines
5) Performance Management
Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification:
Technical Skills
- Required to have higher level degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Required to have 7+ years experience in Banking or Finance operations with atleast 4 years of experience in
- US Commercial Property Insurance review and audit.
- Required to have 3 to 4 years experience in staff management
- Exhibits strong English comprehension skills
- Demonstrates ability to articulate in English in both verbal and in written format
- Demonstrates advanced software knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Exhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Exhibits strong mathematical and detail oriented skills
- Exhibits a global knowledge of commercial real estate
- Exhibits commitment to delivery of quality work products
- Demonstrates a global knowledge and understanding of the finance industry and real estate market
