Manager - Business Development - BI & Analytics
Visual BI Solutions (www.visualbis.com), a niche provider of Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions (50+ employees) is looking for Manager - Business Development who can drive New Client Acquisition in select territories abroad. The position is based out of Chennai. The role requires building 'hunting' competency grounds-up, and offers excellent opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive New Client Acquisition for Business Intelligence & Analytics services specifically catering to executive management (CXOs and EVPs)
- Work closely with Executive Management to develop Go-To Market strategy for products and service offerings
- Own and execute strategy - hands-on- for end-to-end sales lifecycle from demand generation campaigns, lead qualification, and pre-sales support until contract execution and transition to Delivery
- Execute time-bound campaigns and - Cold call- into prospective accounts to identify and nurture opportunities
- Proactively drive pre-sales process with the help of Executive and Technical teams
- Ability to consistently meet aggressive targets and timelines
Expectations
- A leader who can establish Sales & Marketing competency grounds-up while delivering results
- MBA from a Tier-I institute with 2-5 years of experience in consultative selling in IT Services to enterprise accounts
- Consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Willing to work on a base plus commission basis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
