Role- Business Development Manager
Location - Mumbai
Role purpose
- This role will manage and develop existing key account relationships at a strategic level, taking responsibility for all contractual and commercial elements of the relationship to deliver EBITDA targets. Additionally the role will identify and develop further new client opportunities. The role at this level is likely to include Tier 1 relationships and targets.
Key accountabilities
KAM accountabilities:
- Identify and execute incremental revenue/EBITDA opportunities in existing key accounts
- Own and develop the account plan, with relevant support from the Retail Sales Manager as required
- Strategic account relationship management of monthly SLAs
- Proactively manage risks and issues associated with the account that could impede EBITDA targets and/or contract renewal
- Manage the contract and commercials of client relationships at a senior level, including renewals / negotiations on existing contracts
BD accountabilities:
- Win new business in-line with the strategy and expand business with existing clients
- Define local geography strategy and execute market entry
- Pipeline management/capex prioritization in geography
- Lobbying/prospecting representation in geography
- Develop tailored customer propositions to meet needs of clients identified in BD strategy, in agreement with commercial, IT and product frameworks
- Tender management

- Manage the team (as applicable) to deliver the agreed targets
