BD Lead - HR Consulting

Looking for references, for hiring a Business Development Lead to be based in Mumbai for The HR Practice ( www.thehrpractice.in ). The role will be accountable for driving Client Acquisition across all our service offerings and relationship building in the market.

The candidate should have 6+ years experience of which at least three recent years has been in a role with revenue accountability in
the HR consulting space.

Exposure to Operational HR , Consulting (Advisory) and Executive Search space will be additional advantages.

Location Mumbai .

Role is at Client Partner level,

Key skills : excellent client facing competencies, including Senior Management interactions, achieving revenue targets, business acumen
and decision making capabilities

Compensation Package at par with industry , with highly attractive variable compensation structure
