About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. Recognized as a significant market player, with a focus on innovation and development. They have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for the Head Business Development for their Film business.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Contributing to formulation of business strategy and preparation of 3-5 year business plans and annual budget

- Drive developmental projects and long term contracts with key accounts

- Identify opportunities to introduce value added and specialty products

- Work closely with technical services , R&D, manufacturing and sales teams for effective product trials and rapid
commercialization

- Leading / participating in various high impact cross functional projects for organic and inorganic growth

The Successful Applicant

- You will be a University graduate with a B.E / B.Tech preferably in Chemical Engineering and with a
Management degree from a top tier B-School. You should have at least 15-18 years of total work experience.

- Prior experience in dealing with FMCGs/ OEMs/ Institutions in domestic and overseas markets is a must. A
person from the FMCG/ Chemical/ Paints/ Polymers industry is preferred. You must have very good verbal and
written communication skills, an analytical mind and should be capable of eventually embracing a multitude of
potential roles.
