Challenging Opportunity -- Business Development Head with Hard core E-Commerce Start-up

This is Amit from Mount Talent Consulting firm in Noida. We are having an opening for Sr. Sales Professional
with Hard core product development company in Delhi/NCR.

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives – for ecommerce players and their merchants.

2. Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development

3. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity

4. Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business

5. Generating new accounts as well as expanding existing ones

6. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Optimal Solutions and awareness of the competition

7. Develop proposals in response to RFPs and direct sales efforts

8. Possess strong presentation skills and ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to clients and vendors

9. Experienced in prospecting, and developing relationships at Senior Executive levels, in small, mid level, and enterprise level accounts

10. The ability to plan, organize and manage sales effort in identified accounts, as well as cold calling

11. Establish appropriate distribution channels and alliances

12. Work with technology team for sharing feedback and enhancing product offering

Qualifications: Along with a BA/BS and a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets preferably with exposure to SMEs, we require an entrepreneurial perspective and excellent verbal and written communication skills
