Position : Business Development Director – Mobile
Reporting to: Global Sales Head
Job Location: Gurgaon
Salary - 15 - 22 lac p.a
Key Deliverables:
- Overall responsibility for sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy
- Target New Customers and Develop strong relationships with clients and their Marketing Teams
- Develop market understanding and also crack key publishers and app developer relationships
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations
- Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing your client and agency base and optimizing their advertising expenditures
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences
- Champion new product releases, internally and externally
- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region. Personally responsible for team building actions.
- Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the brand.
Profile:
- 6+ years of overall working experience and minimum 1 year experience in mobile
- Should have handled ROI/performance advertisers
- In his tenure must have shown close to 100% growth year on year
- Should have handled a team of minimum 2 people
- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions
- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively
- Proven ability to influence cross functional teams in no authority structure
