Job Profile

The Business Development Manager would be responsible to build market position by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships.

- Capability to think strategically across clients in various business / industries

- Strong skills in selling concepts and ideas

- Should be from Hyderabad.

- Excellent grasp of business & negotiation skills

- Should be in the potential to walk-in with business in hand

- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Qualification : PG - MBA/PGDM - Advertising/Marketing/Mass Communication preferred / Any Graduate with adequate exp.

Experience - 4-5 yrs in a reputed advertising agency in Business Development & Client Acquisition.
