BCP Advisors - Associate/Senior Associate/Vice President - Private Equity

Established in 2006, Beacon India Private Equity Fund (https://beaconindia.in/) and its Managers have been investing in India for the last 15+ years and have managed US$390mn+ investments. The firm is looking for an Associate/Sr Associate/ VP to join BCP Advisors Private Limited, its investment advisor based in Gurgaon, India.

- It is ideal for candidates who are interested in Private Equity Investing and have a good understanding of financial analysis, modeling and valuations. An associate will be working with the investment team through the entire investment life cycle of sourcing, deal execution, portfolio management, and exits.

- The key responsibility of the Associate would be to conduct high-quality primary and secondary research to support the team in developing the Investment rationale and thesis. Preparing IM's, conducting detailed due diligence and preparing valuation models / Notes for potential deals.

Experience & Qualifications required:

- 3-10 years of experience in the financial services domain (Investment Banking, Consulting, Equity Research, Investing, Banking) and with a degree from a premier institution (IITs/IIMs/CA/CFA)

- Excellent business writing and analytical skills. Proficiency in modeling company financials and performing valuation analysis.
