- A young, dynamic marketing person with a wide experience in consumer and corporate marketing (B2C & B2B).
- The aspirant should be a strong ideas person with the ability to bring it alive effectively through multiple mediums - print and digital.
- Should be well versed with digital marketing and how to cascade amongst internal & corporate audiences.
- This role involves both internal and external communication. Internal campaigns to sales teams involving print, mailers, digital campaigns and sales decks.
- It also involves conceptualising and implementing on-ground events ranging from industry engagement parties to knowledge series events.
- Establishing, maintaining and leveraging a strong industry network is important (agencies and advertisers).
- The aspirant should also have the gravitas to be able to engage with senior management within the organisation to understand and arrive at brand and branch strategies, campaigns and activations required to drive revenues and market shares.
