- Highly experienced E-commerce professional with demonstrated history of successfully Consulting /managing e-commerce businesses and having excelled in delivering results. - The person should have the stature to hold discussions with the CEO/ CMO of the large Organizations as well as with Entrepreneur of E-biz startups. - The person should be able to have value-added discussion with the Client's leadership team and be able to propose business solutions to help increase the client's business. These offered solutions should also incorporate media spend solutions to help enhance BCCL's business. - The person should have a strong commercial competency and should have extensive experience in e-commerce Business Strategy and Marketing. He/ She reflects a good balance of logic of analytics as well as good understanding of the e-commerce industry trends to quickly understand the business models of the various e-business clients. - Marketing experience should reflect craftsmanship in blending consumer insights, design and strategy to create business value. Experience in creating impactful brand activation including strategizing, planning and executing campaigns, promotions, events along with media planning would be helpful. - The person should have superior communication and people skills to effectively engage with senior leadership teams. Should have talent for forging strong relationships both with clients as well as within the organization viz externally with key decision makers, and internally with other Branch heads, and cross functional teams. - Should have strong presentation and persuasive skills to effectively win over the clients. - Attitudinally the person should be extremely motivated, result oriented, energized professional with never give up attitude. - The role will be a Pan India role at VP / SR VP level reporting to the Director. - Preferred base location would be Bangalore (but not restricted). - He/She will be working along with and supporting the E-Business vertical. - He/ She will be a subject matter expert to have top level discussion for crafting impactful business solutions and media solutions that is well received by the client. - As a support to the E-Business vertical he/ she would share the responsibility of ensuring that the E-business vertical meets its annual targets and in forming long term relationships with the clients. Qualifications and Background: - An MBA from a premier B School with 17-20 yrs experience across top national brands. - Should have handled Marketing and P&L roles and should have developed an in-depth understanding of the E- Business and consumer buying behavior. - An analytical bent of mind and should have been exposed to Marketing and Consumer Research and run programs based on insights thrown up by research. - Exposure in a matrix organization having handled P&L roles and having worked with cross functional teams will be an added advantage - A self-starter, high motivated and a well-read will be essential for this role.
